About Us
We’re Finding it Here, a mother–daughter digital marketing team based in the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand area. I’m Alice Hart, a photographer with more than 30 years of experience creating visual stories for families, hospitality, tourism, and local businesses. My daughter, Naomi, brings a fresh creative eye and a modern storytelling style that resonates with today’s audiences — a natural evolution of the creative life she grew up in.
Together, we specialize in warm, natural photo and video content for hotels, restaurants, makers, real estate, and small businesses across Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Pawleys Island. Our work is rooted in genuine moments, beautiful light, and the feeling of truly being in a space.
““Every place has a heartbeat. Our job is to help people feel it.””
Our Story
Adirondack Studio
Photography has been part of our family for as long as we can remember. I opened my first studio in the Adirondacks of NY, during the film era — a place filled with laughter, light, and the everyday magic of people simply being themselves. Families trusted me with their most meaningful moments, and over the years, that studio became a second home for my daughter.
Naomi grew up in that creative world. While she also loved ice hockey, skiing, snowboarding and even ski jumping, she was also in the studio, handing me film rolls, helping children relax, and turning shy little ones into joyful, giggling participants in their own portraits. She learned early how to read people, how to create comfort, and how to find the real moment beneath the posed one.
Those early years shaped everything we do today.
After relocating to the Myrtle Beach area, we brought our shared experience — decades of craft and a fresh, modern perspective — to the hospitality and tourism world. Now, we help local businesses tell their stories with authenticity, warmth, and a sense of place.
Meet Alice
I’m Alice Hart, the photographer behind Finding it Here and the creative foundation of our mother–daughter team. With more than 30 years behind the camera — from the film days in my Adirondack studio to the sun‑soaked coastlines of the Grand Strand — I’ve always believed that photography is about connection.
My studio was once a place where children laughed, parents relaxed, and everyday life became something worth remembering. That experience shaped the way I work today: calm, patient, intuitive, and always focused on creating images that feel natural and true.
Now, I bring that same approach to hospitality, tourism, and local businesses — helping them show the world what makes their spaces warm, welcoming, and uniquely theirs.
Meet Naomi
Naomi’s creative journey began long before she ever picked up a camera. Growing up in my studio, she learned how to help people feel comfortable, how to spark joy in children, and how to find the moment that feels real.
Today, she brings a fresh, intuitive eye to every project we take on. Her videography and digital content capture not just what a space looks like, but what it feels like to be there. She sees movement, emotion, and atmosphere in a way that resonates deeply with today’s audiences.
Her contemporary style blends beautifully with my decades of experience — creating a partnership that is both balanced and deeply connected.
What We Believe
We believe every local business has a story worth feeling. Our approach blends natural light, authentic moments, and a calm, welcoming presence that helps people relax into who they truly are. Whether we’re photographing a cozy café, a coastal boutique, or a family‑run inn, our goal is always the same: to create imagery that feels true, inviting, and unmistakably you.
Why We Work Well Together
